Swinga Technique Ball

Learning to play the swinging ball is key for any batter..

The Swinga technique ball has a unique half-dimple, half-smooth design which allows it to swing through the air like a brand-new ball over and over again. The weight and size are very similar to an adult leather ball, it bounces in a very similar fashion off the pitch and feels the same coming off the bat.

It can be bowled, thrown and is compatible with the Sidearm and adult bowling machines (not the Paceman Original range).

Manufactured out of polyurethane, the Swinga weighs 146 grams and is senior ball size.

There is now an option to buy a light weight Swinga ball which is suitable for children and for use in junior bowling machines.
