The Samba match goal is recommended by the FA for league use. The main difference between the match and trainer goal is the match goal has pre bent tension bars trainer which results in there being a roof to the net which increases the depth and sturdiness of the goal.

8' wide x 4' high (2.43m x 1.22m) x 3.58' deep Official size for 5 a side and 4 v 4 football

8' wide x 6' high (2.43m x 1.82m) x 4.25' deep Suitable for a medium size garden 

12' wide x 6' high (3.65m x 1.82m) x 4.25' deep. Official size for 7 a side, Under 10's football

16' wide x 7' high (4.87m x 2.13m) x 6' deep. Official size for 9 a side, Under 12's football
