With a new fibreglass shaft and reinforced handle, the Rapid Arm Plus is suitable for junior and adult cricketers. The speed of delivery varies according to one of the length settings which are between 35 and 52cm. Young or inexperienced players can face deliveries starting from 80kmph, whilst adults can challenge themselves with speeds up to 160kmph.
