Gate Lodge Climbing Frame with Slide and Swing

The wonderful, multi purpose Gate Lodge would be a magical addition to any garden.

Sitting on a raised platform ,1.5 metres off the ground, is a wooden playhouse. With square (unglazed) windows, a pitched roof and balcony there is plenty of space for children of all ages to play and chat. The balcony of the playhouse is reached by either a ladder or an inclined climbing wall. Getting down to the ground is quicker via a 3m wavy slide in a dark green colour. Nestled underneath the playhouse is a sandpit, which is always popular particularly with younger children. Extending from the playhouse on a 3m arm is a double swing complete with 2 pine wood swing seats.

The wood is pressure treated and has a 10 year warranty against rot and insect infestation. The other parts are covered under a one year standard manufacturers guarantee.

The approximate build time for two people is10 hours. To construct Gate Lodge you will need 6 bags of instant mix concrete.
