The Fitness Mad anti burst Swiss Ball is ideal for home work outs as well as yoga and pilates. It can also be used in place of a chair to develop core strength.

Silver in colour and sold with a hi speed pump.

This Swiss ball is available in 3 sizes: 55cm, 65cm or 75cm. The size required depends on height. 

This ball is rated as suitable for use up to 150kg so it is not advised that it is used in conjunction with weight training. It has however been independently tested as burst resistant up to a static load of 200kg.
