The Concept 2 indoor rower (Model D) is world renowned and the gold standard for indoor rowing. The Concept 2 is a great piece of equipment which through rowing delivers an effective cardiovascular workout and hones overall physique.

The Model D includes the PM5, an advanced performance monitor, which provides data for every row and allows you to set up a variety of workouts. The PM5 is powered by 2 D cell batteries when not being charged by the flywheel.

The spiral damper allows you to alter the airflow to the flywheel, so the feel of the stroke can be adjusted whilst ensuring minimal noise.
