Carlton Badminton Net

If you’re reading this you’ve probably had enough of enduring Badminton nets secured by pegs and strings that bow, sag, slant and tilt before they inevitably fall over. This Carlton net ends all that!

The first thing you’ll notice is that the sling carry case (90cm long, 18cm diameter) is reassuringly heavy! Much like a tent, the pole assembly is joined by heavy-duty elastic paracord so there is no faffing around working out what goes where.

Once assembled, the two side poles bow out slightly to create the net tension, but everything straightens up nicely once the net is in place. There are two heavy-duty plastic hooks at the top of each pole (connected to the paracord) which slot into a metal ring on each side of the net. The net is actually secure enough without these hooks, so you can lower the net by sliding it down the poles for younger players. I estimate that the entire assembly process takes around 1-2 minutes max.

This is a great net that is well worth the money given it can be assembled/disassembled in a couple of minutes, looks fantastic, is solid as a rock and is clearly built to last for years!
