All of our Trampolines must be used in accordance with and maintained as per the instructions.

Warranties given do not cover the following:

Commercial or public use, normal wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse, mishandling or damage caused in transit or from faulty installation, damage caused by storms or high winds. Super Tramp reserve the right to waive any claims if in their opinion the equipment has been subject to misuse, abuse or neglect.

Super Tramp (Jet Sports) offer the following warranties on their Super Tramp Trampolines:

Bed Fabric 5 Years 5 Years 1 Years Structural failure due to rot
Springs 10 Years 10 Years 5 Years Structural failure due to rust

 Safety enclosure components are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 1 year. 

  What is not covered
Frame
 Buckling of the frame parts. Surface rust
Bed Fabric
 Rips, cuts, burn holes, pulled threads
Springs
 Set, extended or over stretched springs. Surface rust. Broken springs other than caused by failure due to rust
Frame Pads
 Toggle Loops or ties, discolouration
